The game

Shatterglass is provided by nextad as a free single-player puzzle game. You may install and play it on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

What you may not do

• copy, resell or redistribute the game or its artwork, music or level data
• reverse-engineer or modify the app, except where that right cannot be excluded by law
• use the game in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the store you installed it from

Your progress

Progress is stored only on your device. There is no account and no cloud save, so uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or switching to a new device will lose your progress permanently. Please treat it as local.

Purchases

Shatterglass has no in-app purchases and no advertising. Every skin is free.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or withdraw the game at any time. Updates are delivered through the App Store or Google Play under their terms.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nextad is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including loss of saved progress.
